As well as living in harmony with nature we firmly believe we must live in harmony with our fellows. We cooperate with other farmers and companies instead of competing against them and we view our clients as those who are worried about the safety and nutrition of their foodstuffs. These are the ones who most value an ecological production and are socially responsible. They understand that in the long term mankind must pay for the ecological and social cost and not only for the short term economic cost of the food we consume. |
It is because of these reasons that our company follows the main principles of sustainability: Ø Generation of sustainable systems that are ecologically healthy, economically viable and socially responsible. Small organic intensive farms require more planning and people to care for them.
